01 / COMMERCIAL STAGE
Discovery
$500–$1,500one-time estimate
Map the process before committing to a build.
- Process mapping
- Check what is possible with your systems
- Define the pilot and success criteria
A CLEAR SCOPE. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
From mapping a process to running it live. See what each stage could cost before we plan your workflow.
Illustrative estimates in USD, not a fixed offer. Your written quote sets the scope, timeline, limits, and price.
ONE BUSINESS. ONE USEFUL WORKFLOW.
Imagine a commercial distributor receiving orders in Outlook. An agent reads the request, checks inventory, prepares a draft order, and asks a person to approve it before anything is written to the live system.
This fictional example explains the estimates below. It is not a customer result or a claim that these connections are already built. Your systems and requirements may change the price.

THE EXAMPLE AT A GLANCE
Discovery, pilot, and production are separate project stages. Production implementation is additional to the pilot, not included in its price. Monthly service starts after production acceptance, on an agreed date.
| Commercial stage | Illustrative quote | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | $500–$1,500 one-time estimate | Process mapping, feasibility, and pilot specification. |
| Paid pilot | $3,000–$6,000 one-time estimate | One workflow, Outlook intake, inventory lookup, sandbox execution, and approvals. |
| Production implementation | $5,000–$12,000 additional one-time estimate | Live order writes, production controls, expanded integration, and acceptance testing. |
| Managed AgentHub | $1,200–$2,500 per month, estimated | Hosting, monitoring, support, and a contracted usage allowance. |
ILLUSTRATIVE TOTAL
Discovery + paid pilot + production implementation, if you choose all three stages. Then $1,200–$2,500 per month for managed service. No stage is purchased on this page.
Excludes your business software subscriptions, separately agreed third-party charges, and applicable taxes. Any credit between stages must be stated in your quote.
The number and difficulty of app connections, workflow steps, data quality, order volume, approval rules, security needs, and testing effort. We confirm what fits each stage before quoting.
The number of workflows and connected business apps, monthly runs, AI spending allowance, support hours, hosting capacity, support hours of availability, and response targets. We also define how a run is counted and when allowances reset. These are contracted limits, not unlimited service.
Your quote states the cost of extra runs, AI usage, support time, and larger hosting needs. Added costs require your approval first. We agree on usage alerts and whether new work pauses at a limit before launch. New workflows and custom connections need a separate quote.
Your own business app subscriptions, major data cleanup or migration, special compliance work, dedicated infrastructure, and 24-hour support are not assumed to be included. Any third-party costs and AI costs outside the allowance are listed in the quote.
GOOD TO KNOW
Yes. The first 30-minute call helps us understand your task and decide on the next step. Paid discovery is a separate piece of work with process mapping and a written pilot plan.
No. Each stage needs its own agreement. You can review the discovery findings or pilot results before deciding whether to continue.
No. These are planning estimates for the example workflow. Your final written quote sets the deliverables, integrations, timeline, acceptance criteria, payment dates, usage limits, and extra charges.
We review the results against the agreed success criteria. If you choose to continue, we quote production implementation separately. A sandbox pilot does not include permission to write live orders.
AgentHub is still in development. Managed AgentHub here means a proposed managed service around the workflow we agree to build and operate. Public demos use synthetic data and simulated connections.
Plan length, cancellation notice, and data and workflow handover are agreed in writing before you sign up.
