Ajay Garidipuri
Ajay has built software since 2019, working across web and mobile applications, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. His experience spans auction platforms, digital legacy products, and business operations software.
He brings full-stack engineering and practical AI experience to MyDCentral, connecting interfaces, agent workflows, and the systems that move work forward.

OPERATIONS + CUSTOMER EXPERIENCECO-FOUNDER
Manasa Narsupalli
Manasa’s experience connects customer service, supply chain, and pharmaceutical operations across the US and Europe. Her work includes order-to-cash processes, SAP transactions, inventory planning, distributor coordination, and operational reporting.
With a B. Pharm and MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, she brings an operational perspective to MyDCentral: understanding handoffs, exceptions, and what teams need from a workflow.
